Account deletion
Delete your ShambaBoy account
ShambaBoy users can request account deletion from inside the app, from the Help Centre, or by contacting support. We review the account, farm memberships, uploaded proof, credentials, payment records, security records, and farm audit records before eligible deletion is completed.
Request in the app
Open ShambaBoy, sign in, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and tap Request account deletion. You can also open Help Centre and choose Delete Account; both paths submit the same authenticated request.
Request by email
Email support@shambaboy.com with your ShambaBoy phone number and the subject "ShambaBoy account deletion request" so we can verify and process the request.
Timeline and retained records
We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. ShambaBoy may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or farm audit obligations.
After you submit
The app shows the request status and requested date after the backend records the deletion request. You may sign out immediately while ShambaBoy support completes the retention review.
