Account deletion
Delete your ShambaBoy account
ShambaBoy users can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting support. We review requests for the account, farm memberships, uploaded proof, credentials, and other personal data associated with the account.
Request in the app
Open ShambaBoy, go to Settings, select Delete account, and submit the authenticated deletion request from the signed-in account.
Request by email
Email support@shambaboy.com with your ShambaBoy phone number and the subject "ShambaBoy account deletion request" so we can verify and process the request.
What is deleted or retained
We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or farm audit obligations.
